
A partner of the firm, Andrew Hayes is a U.S. immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Washington state and a B.C. Practitioner of Foreign Law (U.S. law). Andrew works out of both the Vancouver and Seattle offices. Andrew exclusively practices U.S. immigration law, and he has extensive experience in all types of green card cases, business and family immigration, investment, and consular matters.
Andrew has been with the firm since 2004, after receiving a B.A. in English and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Rochester. Already highly skilled with immigration law matters from years as a paralegal, he graduated from Seattle University School of Law in May 2012 where he participated in mock trial, appellate, and international law contests.
